These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PrabullTV website (prabulltv.co) and any services provided by PrabullTV ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing our site or subscribing to our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

PrabullTV provides access to an IPTV streaming service delivering live television channels and on-demand video content over the internet. Access is provided via login credentials (username, password, and server URL) sent to you via WhatsApp following payment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. By subscribing, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account and Credentials

• Credentials are issued for personal use on one (1) device simultaneously unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Do not share them with others.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate credentials used on multiple simultaneous streams without notice.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Subscriptions are available on Monthly ($25), 3-Month ($49), and Annual ($79) bases.
• Payment is collected in advance before credentials are issued.
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within the first 30 days of your subscription, contact us via WhatsApp for a full refund.
• No refunds are issued after 30 days.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must contact us to renew before your subscription period ends.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute your subscription credentials to any third party.
• Attempt to circumvent any technical restrictions or security measures.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the service.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime using our HyperStream™ technology. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available service. Maintenance windows, network issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions. We are not liable for service interruptions.

7. Content

The channels and content available through the service are subject to change. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel or programme. Channel lineup may vary by region and is subject to change without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The PrabullTV name, logo, and website content are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrabullTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms. Upon termination for cause, no refund will be issued.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, with formal dispute resolution as a last resort.
